Nasarawa: Youth empowerment’ll curb youth restiveness says Paradise Hotel boss

The Chief Executive Officer of a leading hotel in Lafia, Paradise HomeDec International, Markus Jonathan, has advocated youth empowerment as veritable tool to curb youth restiveness.

Markus spoke at the weekend in Akwanga, Nasarawa State, during a reception in honour of the Governor, Abdullahi Sule, and the member representing the area at the National Assembly, Jeremiah Umaru.

The reception was organised by Coalition of Nasarawa North Youth Groups of the All Progressives Congress.

According to him, “youth empowerment and engagement will translate into elimination of youth restiveness which affect the security architecture of our constituency.”

Present at the event are Honourable Kwanta Yakubu, former Commissioner Environment and Natural Resources who represent Governor Sule, Prof. M. S Haruna,

Honourable Jacob Kudu Ajegena, Honourable Ven Lare, Comrade Daniel A. Yaro among others.
