Katsina NUJ mourns as NTA Director loses son

The Katsina State Council the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has condoled the Maiduguri Zonal Director of the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Muhammad Abubakar, over the death of his son, Al-Ameen.

The 24 years old Al-Ameen died on September 5, following a crash involving a Keke NAPEP and a Hilux Van near Liyafa Palace Hotel in the Katsina metropolis.

The deceased was a student at the Engineering Department of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic.

A statement signed by Chairman of the Katsina State chapter of the NUJ, Comrade Tukur Hassan Dan-Ali, described the death as a loss to the NUJ family.

The Union prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest and give the family  the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
