The Central Working Committee of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC in Katsina State, has announced the immediate dissolution of its Stakeholders at both the State and Local Government Areas.

Secretary of the Central Working Committee, Suleiman Muhammad Namadi conveyed the development in a letter Thursday addressed to the affected Chairmen across all the 34 Local Government Areas of the State.

The letter disclosed that the decision was reached during the Central Working Committee monthly meeting held on March 26, 2024, at the State Secretariat, Katsina.

The Katsina APC Central Working Committee assures party members that a new structure will be established soon, adhering to the provisions of Article 12 (10) and (15) of the All Progressives Congress Constitution of 2022 (amended).

The Party leadership expressed its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the outgoing Stakeholders for their significant contributions and support to the party’s success as the ruling party in Katsina State for the past eight years.

The release stated, “There is no doubt that without their support and steadfastness, the All Progressives Congress would have been a mirage.”
