Katsina Gov’s aide joins local government council Chairmanship race

A 32-year-old Isah Miqdad AD Saude, Senior Special Assistant on Digital Media to Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has declared his intention to contest for the chairmanship seat of Katsina Local Government in the forthcoming poll.

Isah made this known during the submission of his letter of intention to the APC Chairman of the local government, Mustapha Musa Kofar Bai, at the party office.

Expressing his commitment to contributing to rejuvenating the local government, Isah Miqdad emphasized his belief in his ability to lead his hometown to prosperity despite his age.

Miqdad underscored that politics is not a do-or-die affair and appealed for support and prayers for guidance in his noble ambition.

He further reiterated his readiness to extend his support to make the APC flag bearer, emphasizing his loyalty to the ruling party just as he pledged to introduce policies and programs aimed at revitalizing the local government if entrusted with the mandate.

Responding, the Katsina Local Government Chairman of the APC, Mustapha Kafar Bai affirmed that the chairmanship seat remains open to all card-carrying members willing to contest.

He commended Isah Miqdad for his unwavering commitment and exemplary performance in his current role assigned by Governor Dikko Umar Radda.

The declaration of Isah Miqdad AD Saude has garnered strong support from friends, family members, and supporters, reflecting his growing influence and popularity among the local community.
