Nasarawa NUJ hails Gov Sule over press centre renovation

The Nasarawa State council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for renovating the union’s secretariat in Lafia.

Speaking on Thursday when he led officials of the NUJ on a courtesy visit at the Government House, the Chairman, Salihu Mohammed Alkali, noted that the Governor has made significant impact on the lives of the people through provision of landmark infrastructures in the state.

He said that journalists in the state would strive to support the government towards achieving its programmed.

Responding, the Governor said he was satisfied with the cordial relationship between the government and the NUJ.

“I am impressed with partnership with the NUJ in promoting the policies and programmes of my administration to the outside world,” Sule said.

He promised to continue to support the union while looking forward to a greater partnership.
